Point slope form is

y-y1=m(x-x1)    where m=slope , (x1,y1) is a point on the line.

so here we have

y-12 = (-3/4)(x -(-4))

y-12 = (-3/4)(x+4)

The answer is a because i went through all the other ones that it didn’t come out right
