Cavalieri's principle states that volume formulas for pyramids and cones will also apply to both right and oblique solids, as long as the "matching" cross section areas are equal. 

So we can use the formula V=bh regardless of the resulting shape. 
V = bh = π(15 m)²(12 m) = 2700π m³ ≈ 8482.3 m³

The answer would be 10.
