(x, y) > (x -1, y+3). then the image, triangle a'b'c', is translated by
(x, y) > (x + 4, y-1) resulting in a''b''c''.
find the coordinates for the vertices of triangle a"b"c".
write a rule for 1 translation that maps triangle abc to triangle a"b"c". i do not understand you!
