What re the coordinates of the vertex of the graph? is it maximum or minimum?

Think about what a vertex is, it is the turning point of the graph. Since this turns around on the y axis, 2 units below the x axis, what would your coordinates be? Does it look like it is the highest point on the graph ( a maximum) or the lowest point( a minimum)?
