Helaine graphed the equation 12x – 4y = 3. what was the slope of helaine’s line?

slope=-a/b
given
12x-4y=3
slope=-12/-4=12/4=3
slope=3

If there are four friends then each would get, 1.25 or 1 1/4. so this is how i solved 5 ÷ 4 = 1.25 . hope this ; )
