You know the ratio per unit which is very helpful. first thing you want to do is convert your hour into minutes since that is what your answer will be in. 
So you know:
65 miles to 60 minutes
Next figure out how many times 65 goes into 260.
260/65=4
You know that is takes the cheetah 4 times the amount of time to run 260 miles than it does 65. 
Now all you have to do is multiply your time unit by 4. 
60*4=240
It will take the cheetah 240 minutes to travel 260 miles.
