So...that's telling you:
Y=0 at x=0 and x=2
The graph is decreasing when X is less than 1
f'(x) can not equal 0 with the previous statement please give the correct statement... I would assume that is is f'(1)=0, so there would be a max at x=1
f(x) is increasing when x is greater than 1
and if f''(x) is always 0, the graph is always concave downward.
