I created a graph and drew a triangle with using (x+4, y-3). The coordinates of the original triangle: A (10,-1), B (10,-3) and C (14,-3), and the coordinates of the translated triangle are: A' (7,3), B' (7,1) and C' (11,1). I notice that the lines I drew through points A and A', and through points B and B' are parallel, and congruent. I also notice that the triangles are still the same size, and shape. I feel that I would notice the same if I drew a line through points C and C'. Because point C and C' are no different than any of the other points. I also drew a line through points C and C' to test it out and to make sure I'm right. Turns out, the line through points C and C' is the same as the line through the other points.
