Use geometry to evaluate the integral from -2 to 6 of f(x) dx where f(x) = |x|, -2 I am torn between the answer being 6 and 10. Truly it should be 6, but since area is always positive, I think that it should be 10. If someone could please explain which one is right, that would be greatly appreciated. No fake answers.
