If I used 1/2 cup of shortening to make the tortillas instead of oil how do I calculate that on my homemade flour tortillas out of 3 cups of all purpose flour and 1 teaspoon of baking powder and 1/ 4 teaspoon of salt and 1 and a half cup of water ?
