brainstorm positive ways to respond to others when you are upset. create a list of potential strategies. then write a play or a story that demonstrates your listed conflict resolution strategies. after writing your creative piece, write an analysis explaining how the conflict resolution strategies your characters keep their cool.

   3)You can share your feeling about why you are upset
   4)Take a deep breath and try to relax and calm so that you don't say something harsh to others.
   5)You can ignore them
   6)say sorry even if it was not your mistake, be polite.
   7)go to restroom, wash your face, be fresh. It will help to maintain cool.
