The function ℎ(t) = −16^2 + 47 + 4 models the height (in feet) of the ball, when t is the time in seconds. What is the maximum height the ball reaches Round to the nearest ½ foot. If no one catches the ball, how long will it be in the air? Round to the nearest second.
