OK! I'm here to prove a point. I was in an arguement with somebody who said they self harm because they don't have a choice. But the truth is, theres ALWAYS a choice. Always has been, always will be. There should always be a choice.

That is very true you have choice live on and have a good life you don't literally have to do self harm.

I suppose there's a choice, but you'll have to ask what their motives are. Maybe it relieves emotional pain that could be even more detrimental later? Then it could be that they have to. There are always multiple sides of things.
