Which means that a number more than 11.5 will be 11.6 and up. since 11.5,6,7 and so on is equal or greater than 11.5 so it rounds up to 12. if you have a number less than 12.5 means it will be around 12.4 so it will round down to 12 when rounded to the nearest whole number.
