Annual wage is $51,300 and you get the other benefits which you add to the original amount 

$51,300 + $2830 + $4600 = 58,730

now they drive the car which costs $600 per month and their are 12 months in a year so

600 x 12 = 7200 

thats deducted from the original salary

58,730 - 7200 = $51530

but the reimburse him $ 0.54 per mile and he drove 36000 miles so 

0.54 x 36000 = 19440
