Rainbow is a technique which can be learned by anyone which really relies on time The more time that goes past the stronger you get, lets say your pL is 18,000 each second would square that power by itself each time so 18000^18000= 18000x18000x18000. . . multiuply by itself 18000 times then another second gos by then that HUGE number sqaures by itself that many times and in seconds become the strongest opponent in the multiverse
