PLZZZ HELP ME I DON'T GET THIS

Question: 6(10+z+3)

Step 1: multiply 6 to the 10
6x10=60

Step 2: multiply 6 to the z
6xz= 6z

Step 3: multiply 6 to the 3
6x3=18

Step 4: add the products (solutions) together:
60+6z+18= 78+6z (they are not like terms so we can’t add them together.
