Video game addiction is a serious matter because it can impact your life in negative ways. For many people, once they start playing a video game, it is extremely difficult to stop. As a result, they spend most of their time either playing the video game or thinking about the game when not playing. This type of behavior can lead to less social interactions and loss of interest in former hobbies. Some people even skip meals and lose sleep due to frequent video game playing. Consequently, their health suffers. Then, these people with video game addictions tend to perform poorly in school or at their job. If you play video games, limit your play and be careful not to become addicted.
