A catering company makes 12 cheesecakes for a party starting at 6 pm. The chef has to take the cakes out of the oven when their internal temperature reaches 165° F. He then places them
direcetly into a 350 F refrigerator to quickly cool them and after 10 minutes, the cheesecakes cooled
to 150°F. If the chef can't serve the cakes till they reach 70°F what time would the chef need to
start this cooling process so the cakes are ready by the start of the party
