Well the ratio for red ribbon to blue ribbon is 3/4:2/3 and the ratio of blue ribbon to red ribbon would be 2/3:3/4. Whatever number fraction they say like will be first. If they said red ribbon to blue ribbon the write the amount of red ribbon first (3/4) then blue ribbon last:) hope this helps and have a great day
