Dream House Project - Students will have to design a house. This project has eight parts to the project: house design, floor plan drawing, blueprint drawing, math calculations of the
outside and inside dimensions, calculations of the finishing touches, a paper that demonstrates
the process of designing a house, a portfolio, and a presentation. The paper will include research
on materials for the house and should be cited in APA or MLA format. The portfolio will
showcase the skills they have used in English to complete the project.
