1. Find all possible rational roots.
2. Use Descartes' rule of signs to determine the possible number of positive, negative, and
complex roots.
3. Use synthetic division and the quadratic formula to find all roots.
4. Write the polynomial in factored form.
Show ALL work for your steps.

f(x) = x^3 - 4x^2 - 3x + 12
