lawyer tells you that there are special conditions attached to your inheritance. If you
accept the money, you must agree to count it by hand for 24 hours per day at the rate of 1
dollar per second. When you are finished counting, the 1 billion dollars is yours and you
may start to spend it. Should you accept the money? You decide to do some quick
