20. Clem Shirestock is trying to find a chaos artifact that was on a boat that was sunk during a battle with cultists earlier this evening that didn't quite go as Clem had planned. Here in Marionburg, on the edge of the
Northern Sea, tides will affect the area of the wreck. This is important, as Clem is not a good swimmer, and
wants to wait for the wreck to be exposed so he can search. He's been told by some old sailors in the pub
that the tides are predictable, both high and low. He's told that the tides are usually measured in hours after
midnight, and that high tide tomorrow should come at 4am, then again at 2 in the afternoon. The old sailors
also estimate that high tide would be about 6 feet higher than the official water level that the city recognizes.
a) Can Clem model this as a function to find what time low tide will be?
