Written in the first-person point of view. James and I skateboarded at the park until sunset, and then we grabbed some sandwiches at his parents’ house. I could seriously skateboard for a living. It’s my life. James is extremely talented, too. He says he was born on a skateboard. What would be the effect if this paragraph was written in the third-person point of view? A. The narrator would switch to James’s thoughts instead of the friend’s thoughts.

B. An outside narrator would tell about skateboarding from only James’s point of view.

C. An outside narrator would tell about the friend’s and James’ thoughts, feelings, and actions.

D. The narrator would continue his description of skateboarding events through his perspective.
