There is a minus sign in between meaning there is a difference

Square root of 4 is 2 meaning is has a square root

Square root of 1 is 1 meaning it also has a square root

Since both numbers have square roots and there is a subtraction sign in between it is a dif of squares.

You can find it by multiplying the areas it show u

Y= -2x-1 the negative in front of the 2 is because the slope is negative and the -1 is because it’s down 1 on the y axis.
