An optometrist has 50 patients that wear glasses, 100 patients that wear contacts, and 150 patients that do not need corrective eyewear. A spinner with 6 equal sections has 3 red sections, 2 green sections, and 1 blue section; it is used to simulate a random sample of 10 patients. After 10 spins, the results are red, blue, red, green, red, green, red, blue, red, green.
What do the results of the spinner represent in terms of patient eyewear? Explain your reasoning.
