I do not understand the question being ask. 

To solve you will have to isolate x by itself. Start by removing C from the left side, do this by dividing both sides by c. Your new equation will be 3ax+2b= 4dc

You can now move 2b to the opposite side as well by doing it's opposite operation, subtraction. 3ax = 4dc - 2b

To remove 3a, you can now do it's opposite operation as well by dividing both sides by 3a. Solution is x = 4dc - 2b / 3a.
