You are going to then create the number that is a percentage of another number into a fraction over "x". Cross multiply the two fractions. Since there is an "x", count is as a zero. Now, create a fraction with the numerator as the number you just got from multiplying, and the denominator as the number you have to refer to as the percent of the whole.
