Help please with this math problem

The first part you would add the -1/16 with -11/16 to get an answer of -12/16. Fill in the first blank from the left to be 11 so it is 11/16. The other blank in that row should be a 1 like it is in the original equation.
Second row blank would become 12 because 11+1 =12. The third row of blanks would then simplify 12/16 to be 3/4 because both 12 and 16 can be divided by 4 to make 3 and 4 respectively.
-3/4 + -1/4 equals -1 because -4/4 simplifies to -1.
