Fruit snacks are packaged into bags at a factory. Each bag should have 20 snacks in it, but a bag with 19 or 21 snacks is acceptable. Write an absolute equation in terms of x, where x is the number of snacks in a bag, that indicates the least and greatest number of snacks it is acceptable to have in one bag.
