Write one paragraph about a person who decides that taking an hourly job with tips is a better choice than accepting a salaried job with benefits. (15 points: 5 points for describing the characteristics of the person related to job choice, 5 points for describing why an hourly job is appropriate, and 5 points for describing why a salaried job is less appropriate.)

2. Write one paragraph about why a person, who up until now has worked an hourly job, might decide to look for a salaried job with benefits. (15 points: 5 points for describing how the hourly job was previously more appropriate, 5 points for describing changes in the person's situation leading to the decision, and 5 points for describing why a salaried job is now a better fit.)
