Adelaide earned $150.00 this week mowing lawns. She wants to buy a pair of jeans that cost $49.00, a necklace that costs $19.99, and two t-shirts that cost $7.50 each. She has to pay 7% sales tax on her purchases. Adelaide's mother tells her she must put 10% of her total earnings in her piggy bank for savings first. Adelaide tells her mother that she has more than enough money to save 10% and buy all the things she wants at the store.
