Members of a rugby league are thinking about adding a new franchise in Silvergrove. They hired a polling firm to help gauge Silvergrove residents' interest in rugby. The firm contacted 475 randomly chosen Silvergrove residents and asked them whether they had ever attended a rugby match. Of 434 respondents had never attended a rugby match, estimate (including a margin of error) the proportion of the population of Silvergrove that never attended a rugby match.
