Oscar knows that when he stands at his tent and looks from Cookie Monster's tent to Big Bird's tent he has to turn his head 23°. He also knows that his tent is 27 feet from Cookie Monster's tent. Big Bird knows that his tent is 30 feet from Cookie Monster's tent. When Big Bird stands at his tent, how many degrees does he have to turn his head to look from Oscar's tent to Cookie Monster's tent? Round to the nearest whole degree.
