X hours = 7 times rotated.

To find x, reduce the first equation.
If you look at it as a ratio or a fraction, you can that it can be further simplified:

96/4 = 24/1

24/1 = 24, but keeping it over 1 will make it easier.

So now you have 24/1 = x/7
Since this is an equation, both fractions are equivalent. You multiply 1 x 7 to get 7 ( the denominator on the right side), so if you multiply 24 x 7 you should get x, the numerator on the right side.

24 x 7 = 168

So the answer is 168 hours
