1. is appropriate to use no matter what the alternative hypothesis states.
less than the two tail p-level
2. is appropriate to use only if the alternative hypothesis is directional
3. is appropriate to use only if the null hypothesis
4. is non directional less than the two tail p-level and
5. is appropriate to use only if the alternative hypothesis is directional.
