A random sample of 200 freshmen and 100 seniors at Upper Wabash Tech are asked whether they agree with a plan to limit enrollment in crowded majors as a way of keeping the quality of instruction high. Of the students sampled, 160 freshmen and 20 seniors opposed the plan. We want to determine if there is any difference between the proportion of freshmen who oppose the plan and the proportion of seniors who oppose it.
