The Swedish apartment can be financed as follows:

- 85% with a so-called mortgage loan with monthly payments at an annual interest rate of 1.55%
- 15% with a mortgage with monthly payments at an annual interest rate of 3.9%.

Both loans have a maturity of 25 years.

B) Determine the monthly payments on the two loans.

Ida has a desire to owe a maximum of DKK 1500 000 in 10 years.
C) Investigate whether the financing of the two apartments meets this desire.
