I have solved the lines into where you get the slope formula which is.
y+2x=8 in slope form it is y = -2x+8
2y=x-4 in slope form it is y = (x/2) - 2
2y=4-x in slope form it is y = (-x/2)+2
2y+x=4 in slope form it is y = (-x/2)+2
y+2x+2=0 in slope form it is y = -2x-2
y = (1/2)+2
