She needs to buy 10 sections and it will cost $58.20.

Divide 15 feet of ribbon by 1.5 which is how long each section is which gives you 10. (thats how much ribbon she needs)

Multiply the cost $5.82 by the amount of sections she needs which is 10 and that will give you the cost which is $58.20 or $58.2
