A dean must distribute salary raises to her faculty for the next year. She has decided that the mean raise is to be $2000, the standard deviation of raises is to be $400, and the distribution is to be normal. Need help with part b.

I found the Z to be 1.28 and did 1.28(400)+2000=2512. For the 10%
For the 5% I did -1.65(400)+2000=1,340
The most productive 10% of the faculty will have a raise equal to or greater than
$ 2,512
b. The 5% of the faculty who have done nothing useful in years will receive no more than
$ 1,340 each.
