I'm confused by this problem and don't know where to go from here, any would be appreciated.

integral from 0 to 1 of f(t) dt = 28, find integral from -1.5 to -1 of f(3 + 2t) dt.

i set u = 3 + 2t and therefore du = 2 dt, then ended up with 1/2 * the integral from -1.5 to -1 of f(u) du.
