Describe a similarity transformation that maps triangle abc to the triangle rst

a(3,-2) b(0,4), c(-1,-3) and r(-4, -6), s(8,0) t(-6,2)

my answer was rotation 270 degrees counterclockwise followed by a translation 4 units right, then a dilation centered at (8,0), k = 2
can someone pls tell me if this is right also?
