Describe how (23)(2-4) can be simplified. (3 and -4 are powers i dont have the knowledge to make the -4 and 3 tiny and stay by the upper corner)
1)multiply the bases and add the exponents. then find the reciprocal and change the sign of the exponent.
2)keep the same base and add the exponents. then multiply by –1.
3)keep the base and multiply the exponents. then multiply by –1.
4)add the exponents and keep the same base. then find the reciprocal and change the sign of the exponent.
