pesticidekills ladybugs at the same rate as aphids. with the pesticide application lotka-volterra
equations are altered to:

dy/dt=−.5y+.0001xy−.3y
find new equilibrium solutions and advise the farmer if he should go ahead with the pesticide
spraying. explain in a language that a layperson could understand.
