So 1:1 is the part but the whole part is 1:2
To find the coordinate use this formula below

(x,y) = x1+k(x2-x1) , y1 +k(y2-y1)
(X,y) is the point that separate the whole part.

They already gave us that point which is (1,3)

(1,3) = 0 + 1/2(x2-0) , 4 + 1/2(y2-4)

1= 0 + 1/2(x2-0)
Multiply 2 over to get rid of the fraction

2= 1(x2-0)
Divided 1 over
2= x2
So x2 = 2

For y-coordinate

3= 4+ 1/2(y2-4)
Minus 4 over

-1= 1/2(y2-4)
Multiply 2 over

-2= y2-4
Add 4 over

2= y2
So y2= 2

G(2,2)
The answer is B
