(x^4 - x^2) + (7x^2 - 7)
x^2(x^2 - 1) + 7(x^2 - 1)
(x^2 + 7)(x^2 - 1)
(x^2 + 7)(x - 1)(x + 1)

Factored completely we get: (x^2 + 7)(x - 1)(x + 1)
