Witch equation could be used to show the relationship between x answer y?

We see the difference between all values in Y is 1/4. 

Putting this into the base equation "y = mx + c" we put the 1/4 where m is. 

So we get y=(1/4)x + c

Because this works and there is nothing to add we take out the C.

That means the answer is: y= (1/4)x
