trail mix is just a mix of nuts and salty and sweet things to give you energy. there is no absolute recepie that you have to follow

you could literally just have 2 cups cashews, 2 cups cherries, 2 cups sunlower seets, 2 cups M&M's, 2 cups granola (and 2 cups=6 of the 1/3 cup measure or 8 o the 1/4 cup measure), but I don't think that's what your teacher wants

(I don't like cherries in my trail mix so let's ust put the minimum amount, 1/4 cup)

1/4 cup cherries

2+3/4+2/3=2 and 17/12=3 and 5/12 cup cashews

1 and 1/3 cup sunower seets

2 cups granola (use 8  of the 1/4 cup or 6 of the 1/3 cup scoop)

3 cups M&M's (use 12 of the 1/4 cup or 9 of the 1/3 cup scoop)
